Content: First step towards the creation of an active Bocad community, which revolves around the Bocad software in practice. It is to be understood as a moderated, open discussion round, which first of all deals with current topics concerning the use of Bocad as well as its interfaces and interactions with other programs within a company workflow.

Topic: ASCII based output of any part and screw data from Bocad Version 2.3.1 and 3.2.1 [DE]
Content: Setup and use of textbased outputs out of the Bocad UI. Any parts and screw data can be exported with predefined filters and sorting. The output can be used as interface to other systems or, for example, as transfer to Excel via csv. A simple control output of specific data into the protocol window for checking the model is another useful application.
